Warranty


LW Wallet Company warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse or damage caused by improper handling, cleaning or care. Normal wear and tear may include slight changes in the appearance of the leather, vinyl or fabric covering, Normal wear and tear may also produce scratches, scuffs, tears, cracks, creases, worn-edges, stains, fading or stretching. Snaps and zippers may also show wear and tear over time. If any of the above describes the condition of your LW Wallet product your item is considered not covered under manufacture warranty.

If upon inspection we determine that your LW Wallet is defective,

You will be required to provide proof of purchase and also provide for the cost of return shipping to our facility. The decision to repair or replace remains with is at LW Wallet Company discretion.

Exchanges can only be made for faulty products. Please contact us at Hello@ShopLuxeWallet.com within 14 days of Shipment receipt date request an RMA number. To exchange Item(s) or if your item(s) are faulty and require a warranty claim a RMA is required. Any orders past 14 days time limit, cannot be warrantied or claimed as a warranty replacement or repair.
